Well where do I start. My husbands van broken down last Wednesday morning - not fixable, found this van on auto trader on Thursday morning so rang Matt answered the phone & sent me loads of pictures of the van on what’s app, he also sent a video of the full van inside & out. He answered any questions that I had about the van & the company. We was worried was we hadn’t seen the van and it was over 100 miles from our house. But we was reassured if nothing was up to our standards we would have full refund. We paid for the van & it got delivered today my husband & his business partner are very happy. I met Chris last year when I was looking to purchase a pickup and he was very helpful. Unfortunately, TMC didn't have exactly what I was looking for at the time but Chris's help did allow me to decide what pickup I wanted. I ended up buying a pickup from a private seller, however, about 8 months later due to a change of circumstances I no longer required the vehicle. My first thought was to sell the pickup myself but I then decided against this as I am pushed for time having recently started a new business. Then I remembered meeting Chris and how helpful he was, so I decided to give him a call to find out if he was interested. Chris remembered me from our meeting last year and offered me a fair price for the pickup. Within a couple of days Chris had organised a driver to come and collect the vehicle. The driver turned up promptly and after he had taken a quick look over the pickup the money was swiftly sent to me without any attempt to renegotiate the price. From start to finish this was a straight forward easy transaction and although I may have got a little more money by selling the vehicle myself, Chris and his team gave me a fair price and certainly saved me a lot of grief!!!! I would definitely buy or sell through Chris and the team at TMC again without any hesitation.
