Ordered some vape juices on a Friday and i also paid extra for next day delivery, however they did not post the juices until the Monday late afternoon! So i did not receive them until Wednesday however they offered me a refund on the extra post payment which i agreed to but still have never received!

Having previously ordered from tmb and having no issues I happily placed another order. Sadly this turned out to be a mistake, firstly the tracking number refused to work on the royal mail site then after making contact with tmb I was informed that my items had been lost and that they would find out off royal mail what had happened and let me know, I received no updates unless I contacted first, eventually I asked for a refund which so far has been ignored by tmb on 3 emailed requests and am now contacting my bank to get this money back as after 13 days of waiting no one at there end seems to be taking any notice of my request. I hope that this isn't going to be the way they operate from now on but I personally won't purchase from them again
