Tracy is wonderful, providing a perfect mix of professionalism and realism and honesty that you need when you are looking to buy a property. Often a purchase like a house can be an emotional decision, made with the heart not the head. Tracy, as you would expect of a surveyor, is able to bring a balance to the process by providing the analytical viewpoint. Her reports are incredibly detailed, and to the uninitiated, like me, daunting, but the way in which she takes you through each section makes everything clear and the practical advice to her findings is the additional value she provides. In our instance her advice and report enabled us to significantly reduce the asking price of our new home, not just covering her fee, but also the stamp duty, and those of our solicitor..... I cannot recommend Tracy highly enough.
