Everyone agrees that the staffs are rude but also they try to steal money from you, the person going before me forgot to print some stuffs and didnt have her travel insurance, the staff only told her to buy the insurance, and then informed her that she needs to print the other documents too and that it costs 50£ to use the printer aka premium lounge. She tried to turn on her phone to check id she has those documents but she shouted at her that she cant use her phone, but then she can use it if she pays 50£ 😭 Even more after I did my Biometric the lady told me that the system is down and that i might get a call to come back for biometric in case it didn’t go through. I was so baffled that they only said anything at that point because it costs time and money to come back and she easily said don’t worry it might not happen 🙂

I wish I could give no star as I’m shocked how is this 3rd party company still running. Let me be honest, this is a whole SCAM. They will charge you for nothing, things that makes 0 sense. It’s been 6 months I handed my documents and after 6 months they asked me to provide new tickets and I did and then they asked me to collect with a refusal and nonsense reason. When you ask them the reason or anything they will say we have no right or information, speak to the embassy but what’s more funny is that they won’t even give you any information to contact the embassy. All I want to say to the staff is that if you are working for money then even your customers are working hard aswell, they don’t just pluck it from trees. So be serious with your job and don’t be heartless. Not everyone can afford to waste their money for more than once just because of your irresponsible behaviour. I provided TLS with new documents and I believe they haven’t forwarded them to TLS yet which is why I get to hear this decision. My review is a voice of all customers and we want justice as in don’t ask us to buy tickets before anything as most of the stuff doesn’t provide refund service, it’s not easy to waste £1000 every time they apply for it. If you refuse anyone’s decision then refund their application fee aswell. If all your customers want, we all take a legal action against you together. Lastly, I have also been trying to contact TLS and guess what they have blocked me number which is why I can’t ring them anymore. It does NOT ring from my number but it does from another number. If I don’t get to hear back with the news I want then TLS will face serious consequences.

there is no appointments available whatsoever. called them many time and they always tell me to look up on the website for update. The earliest appointment available is in august whereas i have a travel plan with my family in july. There is no help at all.

My wife and I visited on Monday morning for our 8:30 appointment. The appointment was easy to make and nearer the time email and telephone reminders were sent to me. On arrival reception was straightforward, the young lady who checked our "evidence" was polite, professional and efficient. We had photocopies of our GHIC cards but needed the originals too - luckily we had them with us. The young man doing our biometrics was also good and helpful. My only complaint is about the building not the staff. The entrance/ exit is not at all disabled friendly with furniture having to be moved to allow my mobility scooter to carry me through safely. An easy fix in my view but urgently required.

It is impossible to book an appointment. Finding a slot is hard but even you spent your hours and days to find a slot, it doesn’t allow you to book an appointment. It always says ‘there is an error with your chosen appointment slot, please try again.’ I tried to called them but no one opened the phone. I really wanna know how people manage to book an appointment.

Your online portal is not allowing me to book an appointment even though I have completed the France -visa application and your phone line has no options to speak to anyone. This is the only place that I have seen a response. So PLEASE help me.🙏 So I can change my rating 👍 UPDATE: after finally getting through to the call centre, I managed to get through the page to book appointments..only to find out that I will miss my trip with my husband as he cannot have an appointment until August. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP but it looks like Brexit has really messed it up for EU family members

Unfortunately can’t give 0 star. People who works there don’t even deserve 1 star. Worst people to deal with. Highly unprofessional staff. Treats customer very badly. Staff have 0 interest in solving/helping clients. I have been to 77 countries and gone through a lot of visa processes but surely this one is the worst one. Booked appointment 3 times and every time been turned away due to X in the passport section but you can’t put passport number as this already exist on other application and they don’t delete application despite me requesting numerous times. Website doesn’t work. Appointments not available. Rude people works. Seen people/ woman/ families with children waiting outside in cold and rain. Staff is clueless and looks down at every person who comes to apply visa.
