    If you want to be treated with respect and professionally then do not visit the centre. The staff are very rude and with no manners including the security. You will waste your money with TLS because of their staff they would reject your application without even bothering checking your documents so no point visiting the centre.

    I would give 0 stars if I could. TLS changed our appointment without consulting us at a time which wasn't convenient. Despite numerous calls and emails they were not able to offer the rescheduling of the appointment (ie they did nothing), leaving us having to restart the cumbersome application process all over again. Call centre staff are polite but unhelpful. I am amazed at how shocking the overall service is.

    I had the worst experience ever today in TLScontact at Wandsworth at 9am 25th May. The staff were very rude and uncooperative. They didn't help us. We told them that we can bring a college letter in 1 hour but one of the rude and aggressive lady with hijab on 5th desk withdrawn my application. It feels like they don't want tourists. It's so frustrating. They called another lady as they said she's is the manager. She was also so rude and aggressive. She even didn't listen. I don't recommend TLSCONTACT at Wandsworth. And One of the security with hijab was such an abusive lady! she pulled me out of the centre. They even don't know how to do greeting with the clients. I will never book any appointments with this centre because of these rude staff. If you dont want to be disrespected so don't go to this center.

    Rude secunity staff. Surly and very unhelpful staff. Queue outside no matter the weather. Queue inside to have paperwork checked then queue again for interview.This company exists to make sure the slightest but easily correctable inconsistencies in paperwork ensure your application will not be progressed. Not fit for purpose.

    The worst website I have ever been on! It does not work properly, now spent 2 hours doing something the can be done automatically in seconds! No way to contact the contact centre! No way to access my account! I will try again tomorrow. Just sort it out, utterly shameful and stressful. I'm sure the government could do better.
