Very flakey. At first they were great but then work started dropping. At this time I signed up for another agency to fill the gaps. I later found out that the companies I’m working for with my current agency also use TLP, and have been asking them for drivers, despite being told by them that they have nothing available. Constantly being asked to do night shifts with only a few hours notice. Once you’re in the door and got reliable and continuous work, I’m sure they're fine.
