Excellent Service! Called them yesterday at 2.30pm, they collected the printer at 5.30pm, repaired the fault and dropped it back off today at 2.30pm….where as Epson had told me that it was 12-14 day turnaround and over double the price! Truly impressed with the professional, efficient and courteous service. Recommend them for any printer/computing repairs and if need be would use them again in the future.

I had a HP Laser printer having Paper Jam issue where jammed paper cant be seen in any of tray. Called them and open the whole assembly and found a paper jammed inside the printer. Rectify the issue and thoroughly explain why this happen , Highly recommended and will defiantly use next time if needed.

My Epson printer had a problem with a thin, faint line of missing ink in black areas for a while. I asked tlc4printers to try and fix it after talking to them on the phone. They collected the printer and took a long time with it. Basically it has been in storage for so long that layers of ink had built up in the print head and it took several attempts to soak it in cleaning solution before it finally cleared. The printer was returned and they took card payment on the doorstep. The amount of time they spent on the printer meant that they maybe didn’t make much of a profit, but they were still happy to have provided the service. I would definitely recommend them.
