I always prefer not to leave a negative review but It is a MUST to convey the message to the Owners of TKC that despite of hard efforts of your account managers like Danial and others the SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICES team are sitting with the ONLY aim to ruin your business. I understand that dealing with TKC paying bit more price for some doors is ok, and that a customer should be used to of > getting problems with > Damaged goods delivered > Occasionally Wrong Items delivered > Company NOT taking any responsibility on their errors > Sales team being THE MOST unprofessional in placing orders as one has to forward atleast 10 + emails to get the correct order invoice > Poor delivery service Outsourced to companies THE Problem comes when Sales agents like Ms MIA LAVELLE would start putting the phone down on you on several calls, when you are stuck and need their help, this rude behavior for a moment would make you think that if you have done some mistake or have spoken to her in a bad manner, upon analyzing your behaviors if it was your fault you realize that she might had a bad day at home and now taking anger out on all the customers. We as your regular customers are the one paying our hard earned money to get your sales running. kindly stop acting rude when we need your help. especially when we are stuck and the wealthy owners have put you on such important position.
