O.M.G , had the best experience here with the lovely Bindy. I'm an avid B.A.B collector since I was a kid (going on 7 bears when Chubby Cubby arrives) But since COVID ordered exclusively online - except for today! Me and my partner went in for a date and he came out with a Teddiursa, myself with a red monkey (think it was called a love monkey, not sure) that I called Kiki. B.A.B always brings out the inner child in me but to say we just went in to get bears wouldn't be doing it justice - Bindy went out of her way to turn it from a shopping trip to an experience. Going the full way to even show the beating heart, being exceptionally friendly and lovely, and even taking a photo of us with our Polaroid at the end in front of the big bear, I can't express my gratitude enough for the fantastic experience we had. B.A.B is truly for all ages - not just children, and I genuinely hope Bindy gets a raise and more, because she deserves it. 💖🙏

Absolute outrage! The woman who wears a white top served me at the till.. I believe her name was Elaine? She spoke down to me when I didn’t want to purchase a £4 backpack. I also noticed she was being extremely rude to the employees too. New management definitely needed!!!
