A really nice company. Quick to resolve any problems, and are very friendly staff. Pretty much all the problems we have had, have come from the builders (not titan windows). Titan windows are working hard to resolve the issues that have been caused and are always professional and informative.

Went to Titan windows and was very impressed...at first ..placed my order Sept 2020...was advised due to covid ....could run over the usual seven to eight weeks ....little did I know .....FIVE MONTHS LATER.....still no sign of windows and could,nt even say I would be certain to receive them in March . Only contact we had , was us ringing or emailing them ..not one courtesy call from them ...one stage thought order must be lost .....so concerned and worried , My husband rang today ..12th Feb 2021 ...was told components ...COULD... be arriving 1st March .....wasted Five months ..so cancelled order....I have got no doubts they will reply to this blaming their suppliers but regardless of that ......their service as been shoddy......this order was for three windows.....two had no openings ..the other one small opening ....not exactly the biggest order to contend with.

Recently TTW installed a new side door for my elderly relative in Chesterfield. She is vulnerable and has dementia. The team were knowledgeable and helpful, and the website was good. She was still able to select the door colour and furniture - and all of us are thrilled with the final result. Lovely door. Fits the surroundings, and now won't let the elements in. Sensible price, delivered on time. And very courteous installers on the day. Thank you!
