  How this company has anything lower than 5 stars is beyond me. Mark came out today to fit our new pram cover on our narrowboat and it is AMAZING in every way and so much more than we had hoped for. The whole titan team are true professionals. Friendly, reliable and incredibly skilled. We are truly over the moon with the quality and overall look of our new canopy. Every small detail has been thoroughly thought out and designed to ensure a perfect fit and ease of use. The team went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and kept in the loop for the entire process, even managing to hurry the whole process up for us after our dog ripped through our old canopy door. Toby, Steve, Karl, Mark and the rest of the ‘crew’, from the bottoms of our hearts thank you! We will never go to another canopy maker for our current and future boats due to the fantastic service and quality you provide. A family run business who have real enthusiasm and love for what they do. We can’t wait to save up and put a deposit down for our cratch cover now.   I used Titan Canopies to replace my old canopy on a Bayliner Ciera 2855 Flybridge. Titan are good communicators and provide a professional service from Toby who organises the whole process from their offices, with Steve (who is the Owner) who will carry out a bespoke design with you. After I placed my order Karl came out on site visit to use sophisticated measuring equipment which provides the basic for the office to begin the design. Next I was invited to Titan Canopies offices & factory to see the computer directed cutting machine and the staff that sew in zips and make adjustments. Before the trimmers begin their work I sat at Steve’s desk and agreed the door and window layouts and sizes. A week later Mark came out to fit the new hood in my colour choice of dark burgundy. The fit takes 6-8 hours with last minute adjustments made on site. Titan can replace part or all of the canopy frame and all stud work too. What you pay for is a new canopy that is the equal of the hood that comes with a boat when it is new. Titan work throughout the UK and if you do your homework you will find they are a third cheaper than competitors without sacrificing quality. Steve made it clear that the only way to grow a business is match or exceed what the competition offer and give real value for money. Titan Canopies are excellent in every part of the process. I have no hesitation in recommending Titan. Mark Allder.

I was fully involved in the design from the start and after installation , I’m particularly impressed with the functionality and quality of materials used. This new canopy has definitely rejuvenated the look of my boat 😃

  Purchased my pram cover with these guys at crick 2019 as really sold it to me how each panel can be replaced with ease if needed, fast forward to 2021 i enquired about the rear cover being replaced as images clearly show there's no need for a hole with a zip each side, one continuous zip will suffice. The result being when it rain water rolls down and into the boat. I emailed Steve on the 20th July asking for a cost to replace this panel, and said he would search out my details and get back to me early the following week, i have not heard a thing and then chased again to get an auto email saying office is now closed to 16th August, I get the impression that as its only a panel not a full cover they are not interested, and as far as aftersales and customer service goes it needs working on. 03..09.21 Update seeing as I am unable to respond to owners response, the reply given is a fabrication of the truth as we had exchanged emails and you said you would come back to me the following week with a price, when you didn't get back to me I followed it up only to get an automated email stating your offices were closed till the 16th August, and you only responded once I had informed you I have left 2 negative reviews. I have since discovered the bottom skirt of the cover can not be removed as the top has been stuck with glue to the top rail, not with press studs as the bottom part ?? brilliant scuppered the plan of touching up the paint, absolute bodge job. As well as poor customer service given you are also a liar !!!!!!

  A year ago, Titan placed an extra high canopy on the stern of our widebeam. At that time it fitted perfectly and, no matter how strong the wind was (even in gales), we felt no draft and the canopy withstood it all. Today, the canopy looks as new, still no draft and we don't care how strong the winds are. We often use the stern as a conservatory. Thanks to the big windows, we have splendid views. Many boats in our marina have Titan canopies and we never hear anyone complain. What Titan delivers is just excellent.

  Being a boatyard on the inland waterways, we frequently get asked if we can recommened a company that makes boat canopies. It's Titan everytime. Having a Titan pram cover on my own boat I can safely say that these guys are top of thier game in terms of build qaulity, longevity of product, after sales customer service - the works. If you need a cratch or pram cover for your boat, look no further as you won't find better.
