Carers are amazing. Work and grind, their management in the office is lousy and needs sorting. Company has moved location and changed name since their last problems. They say its 9.50 an hour but they don't actually pay that or follow their contracts given to staff. I have friends and family that work/worked there. I would tell this company to do one, they don't care about theirs staffs mental health or their family situation. Speaking from experience. I rated a two star as the staff in the field graft to the point my other half hasn't seen her son in a week as the hours they force her to work. They wonder why people keep leaving their company. Maybe management should be changed. I've worked as a support worker before never have I seen a place this bad.

Worked here for over a year, the carers are lovely and try their absolute best even though they're overworked with ridiculous amount of calls on rotas. The owner is an absolute shambles giving carers that leave bad references and not paying what he owes them, horrid man!

It is a disgusting place to work. Director hardly worries about the service users and manager just know how to waste time in useless meetings. I wish she works as she speaks during the training. No One will answer the phone and no matter how many times you complain, no change. Manager Leanne only targets people who works sincerely and her close team members just sit there and giggle. The care coordinator on the week ends just sits there with two or more care workers and will NEVER EVER WORK. Putting pressure on others.

I wouldnt even give them a 1, absolutly poor service given to my dad, paying for half hour calls and they have taken Upon themselves to reduce his calls to 15mins, his breakfast calls were made on an afternoon, they threw away perfectly good food, left him with no lunch, never informed me that he was seriously unwell, breached GDPR twice, my dad had someone elses paperwork, had to setup a password because his calls were being cancelled by other people than myself, they never ask for password when you called them, communication is appalling, on a weekend you can hardly ever get hold of them at the office, they fob you off with a pack of lies, saying we will look into it and never do, they got in touch with my dads doctor without letting me know, to change his medication that I have to setup for him, working in the care industry myself I have never known such bad organisation and poor care than what this service has.. purely disgusted, I would not recommend!

I had these people to look after my mom, I wouldn't let these people look after my dog, always late, call the office talk to you like an idiot they tell lies, carers not trained, they attempted to look after my mom for 3 weeks, my mom is a diabetic was late all the time, went somewhere else. Don't trust this company
