This was my first time adopting an animal from a charity and it was a brilliant experience. Suzi really cares about the welfare of her animals and provided lots of useful advice. The multi-chamber hide was an absolute win! I would highly recommend adopting over going to a pet-shop who often value profits over the welfare of their animals. My adopted hamster, Rogan, is such a lovely, friendly boy and a much-loved member of our family.
