I had privacy film fitted to my salon windows along with a custom sign made with my logo on for the outside of the shop, fitting was perfect and sign is made to a great standard, Kam was great from start to finish, she came out to measure the windows and mocked up designs for me, very fast and efficient from first contact to the finished product, I would definitely use this business again ☺️ Service: Privacy window films

Bad experience with this company. I am not normally one to moan about things like this but the tint was awful with large bubbles and specs of dust trapped in the window tint. When I rung and asked them to look at it they would only replace one window. When asking why the response was “not everything is perfect”. I was told that the rest of the bubbles were from moisture so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. 2 months later the bubbles are still visible. If you pay for a service you expect to get it not to be fobbed of with excuses. Just for clarification, not once did a member of the team go through any terms and conditions prior to myself paying and they are not on the website, if this is the case then I suggest they update this so it is visible to customers. It does however state that they provide high-quality standards of tint?? After this experience I went to another company who fitted a brilliant tint with no imperfections.
