    Bad experience previously; purchase several pairs of glasses from Tinsons. Arrived late without any follow-up, then lenses kept on falling out on one pair. They couldn’t of checked properly before issuing. Service here is generally getting worse by the look of reviews + they charge premium with low customer service. Perhaps Tinsons will take note of customer feedback in future + not cancel appointments.

    Always thought this was really lovely little opticians with a great selection of glasses. My previous experience has been positive with colleagues going out of their way to help chose frames. I needed help to replace my glasses following a recent burglary. Was planning to purchase the new glasses from here but the second “insurance” was mentioned really didn’t seem to want to help me. Really disappointed.
