The multipurpose cleaner feels like I'm spraying water on the surface. Doesn't have any soapy texture to it at all and you need to spray tons of it on to feel like you are actually cleaning. I find this quite disappointing and massively overpriced and over marketed. Yes it smells ok but I wouldn't describe it as amazing in comparison to other natural cleaning products I tried (I've had better success with other natural products like Daylesford). The bottle looks lovely but all rather overpriced for a pretty bottle. The floor cleaner seems a bit better...tempted to use it as a multi surface instead.

I’m so disappointed because I wanted to love this company and recommend them to all my clients. I like the products, mostly because they are non toxic, packaging is nice too but the customer service is shocking. Over the last four months I’ve sent them 3 emails, asking questions about their products/service and have not had one response to those. I decided to sign up anyway for a subscription, that was 11 sept. 3 weeks later nothing, no delivery and not even a polite email about a delay, I chased and did receive a reply to say one item is out of stock and gave me a list of options, I chose to have the rest of the order sent with the missing item sent later. That was 11 day ago, no order and no reply. I checked on their website and it’s states there is a ‘slight delay’ with orders. I personally don’t think over 4 weeks is a slight delay. My order is still showing as ‘unfulfilled’. I’ve tried to call to find out a rough despatch date over the weeks but the line is constantly engaged..all day, very strange. I’m sure they are busy relocating but this service is probably the worst I’ve ever received from a company.

I was very excited to try Tintcure products. However when my packaging arrived it was completely damaged and 2 of the bottles were empty due to leakage. I understand these things happen but when I reached out to their customer service team with photos of the damage I did not get a response. I have sent subsequent follow up emails and still no response. I have tried to call their office and no answer. I have also tried to message them on Instagram and - surprise surprise - no answer! For an online e-commerce business, I am shocked at this poor level of customer service.

Non toxic cleaning products is a nice concept. I bought the floor cleaner and the bathroom cleaner. They smell very nice and the bathroom cleaner cleaned my shower tray well although it did not clean the hand basin all that well. I think you would need something more to ensure there was no build up of limescale or soap scum over time. The bathroom cleaner dispenser did not work properly and every time the spray nozzle was pressed, most of the content ran down the bottle on to the floor which was messy and annoying. Consequently, it only lasted just over a week. Quite expensive! The floor cleaner was not a problem and leaves a nice smell as I have already said. I will stick to using bicarbonate of soda and white vinegar to clean my bathrooms and buying a nicely perfumed natural hand wash. Unfortunately, Tincture's hand wash seems to be always out of stock. Wouldn't buy from this company again as it would work out very expensive

Also really looking forward to buying the hand-wash when it's back in stock as the smell is so fresh and natural I think this will be a great product. The bottles also look fab on the counter

I LOVE this brand which I discovered in John Lewis a couple of years ago. The packaging is fantastic but I was going to ask them whether they did refills and lo and behold they had already implemented this. I typically only write reviews when I'm moaning about something but not this time. The Glass Mirror Steel product is the only thing that cleans my windows well. I've tried soapy water, vinegar, newspaper and chamois leather but I wouldn't bother, just buy Tincture.
