So happy with the job Nathan did! Speedy visit to quote, very reasonable price, confirmed a date, arrived at the promised time on that date, worked nearly twelve hours to get it all done in a single day, was extremely friendly and responsive, and made our floor look amazing. He kept noise and disruption to the very minimum, was super tolerant of cats/children, and was generally flawless. Nathan repaired, sanded and stained 3 adjoining rooms of 5 finger parquet for us. Before he started we were keeping this as a sensible option on cost but, after being carpeted for many years and well worn before that, and with patches missing, it was in a sorry state and looked cheap. He was so patient with us choosing colours and finishes and then, when our other works were delayed we asked him to hold off on the final room for 18 months so we didn't make it easy. He started and finished on time and we now have a fantastic floor that matches across all 3 rooms. We couldn't recommend him more highly. Service: Repair flooring

Nathan went above and beyond what we would have expected, providing sample finishes, sanding into our under stair cupboard(!), and leaving our house immaculate at the end of each day. Nathan clearly cared about delivering excellent results. Nathan is personable and accommodating, and worked flexibly around our other contractors to complete the work within his predicted timescales.
