This service is probably one of the best I have had in years. Three watches needed attention. Two needed batteries replaced and one needed the bracelet reduced. All the work was completed professionally, competently and quickly. There is no "sending it away" or "come back next week" - it was done the same day. Repaired and serviced my mother's 1980s Gucci watch. Several family members had tried over many, many years to get it fixed only to be advised that as a "discontinued" model it was simply not repairable as there were no longer any spare parts. Took it to Time Watch Repair, spoke with Ryan (who was wonderful) and he was very hopeful that they could help. Ryan provided a quote and a few weeks later I picked up a fully functioning watch. I was absolutely delighted to say the least, my mother couldn't believe it, but is looking forward to finally wearing it again. My thanks to Ryan . . .

Well I took my wife’s watch here before he even looked at it he said the hands were mis aligned me and my wife both looked and they seemed fine to us. It just needed a battery I came back today to pick it up and he said that the battery and a clean didn’t work and it would cost £75 for a service straight away I knew what he was up to. Took it to Guildford cobblers not only was he cheaper he changed the battery in 10 minutes and was working fine. So if you want to be ripped off by all means use this place. Worrying how many review at 5 stars this place has must have conned a lot of people sadly
