Avoid!!! This company is a joke. Paid for a beam load calculation more than I should (on place guy asked for 30£ more) after emails and phone calls still waiting for money back Going to report it as a fraud as they didn't provide an invoice too

Do not use. Booked for a structural survey. Didn't have a piece of kit to do the survey the first time so changed the date. Not an issue. Didn't send invoice even though I phoned numerous times. Told they would call me back. Never did. Didnt turn up for the survey. Wasted 3 weeks when trying to sell my house. And speed was essential. Thanks very much.
