If I could give this another 5 stars I would! Hands down by far one of the best places to eat in Brighton. I live abroad and when I come back to Brighton to visit this place is the first spot I come too! I wouldn't want anyone to miss out on this little hidden treasure tucked away in the laines. Reasonably priced and fresh ingredients!

Lovely local Korean shop with a busy kitchen and indoor window seating. Just a few things on the menu but very well done. Bibimbap and set lunches with vegetarian options. The beef bulgogi set lunch I had came with 5 (!) small dishes plus rice. The beef and onions were mouth-wateringly umami , home made pickles and kimchee palate cleaning and intense in flavour. Vegetable soup felt wholesome and sweet. Rice perfectly steamed. Definitely “Soul food” !

Had such a delicious lunch here. Pretty obsessed with Korean food right now and can honestly say this is some of the best I’ve tried. Lovely selection of small plates for the £10.50 weekday lunch menu with soup, pickles, plenty of veg(including their homemade kimchi which had a proper gochujang kick). Great value and the lady (possibly the owner?) was super friendly, helpful and kind. Loved it. will recommend to my friends :)

This is such a gorgeous shop and restaurant - I highly recommend ordering the spicy pork Bibimbap, it was absolutely delicious. The staff are lovely and helpful too. You can buy their own branded kimchi that they make themselves to take home - it's fabulous and deliciously spicy. Highly recommend!

This cute little establishment is tucked away on a little street on the way to the station. They sell a variety of Korean and Japanese foods and ingredients, but they also sell ready to eat meals I could smell something delicious as I passed by, so I thought I'd pop in and eat whatever it was I was smelling. I ended up having the spicy pork Bibimbap, and her indoors had the Brighton Bibimbap, on account that she is herbivorous. The shop is very cute, very clean and the staff were very charming. The food was delicious! I took it home and reheated in on the account that it took 3 hours to get home... But even after reheating, ( fresh veggies set aside to preserve their crispiness) it still tasted great. I imagine eating it fresh would be a god Ray from the sky, tear streaked heavenly moment. So in conclusion, lovely food, lovely staff, lovely shop. Lovely.
