From the initial contact to discuss the work I required on my property and then to arrange for a survey to be carried was completely stress free. An appointment was made for the surveyor to visit my property and he attended promptly on the day agreed. The surveyor was very professional and explained everything to me clearly what work was required. A date was set for the work to be done and from the start of the work to the completion everything was done with care & respect for my property. The contractors were very professional, friendly and they explained the work that they were doing, they were very professional in the work they did and cleaned up after themselves. With reference to the timescales from the first contact to Timberwise North West to the work being completed was quicker than we'd anticipated. Excellent service all round. Absolutely chuffed with the works carried out! Had my free survey done by Craig who actually came back a week later cause I found more issues in my home, no extra charge and not a problem for them. Each of the men that came to the house to do the works were absolutely lovely and cause we had a little one we left for the days as the works happened and the lads locked up after themselves. Cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend.

Very good company. Had an issue with a damp course in my house which was originally done by Timberwise but no longer covered by the original guarantee. I spoke to Charles, the MD who said they would honour the original guarantee and carry out the required work at no cost. Excellent service and very happy with the work they did.
