I make a weekly trip to this pharmacy and I can honestly say my mums medication is always ready. At first when her meds became weekly they caused me absolute hell. I spoke to the manager hundreds of times. But now it’s all sorted.

Absolutely amazing!!!!!! I was freaking out looking for an urgent prescription, went to every pharmacy in Basildon and no one helped me at all, just said no and that was it, went to this pharmacy and they couldn’t have been more helpful! They was the only place that told me they had prescribed a tablets which was branded and i could just sign a form and get another brand of the same meds….no one else helped me apart from this place! I go away in two days so as you can imagine i was panicking like hell!!!!! Highly recommend!!!

This place has gone down the drain ! It is one of the most disorganised businesses I've come across - unable to process scripts efficiently & on time. Having given them chance after chance to get things right I now have my scripts sent elsewhere by my GP surgery.
