Honestly, I would much rather enjoy shopping in your store if it wasn't for the store clerk following me around. Today, I was going to buy some items but I got fully put off as soon as the guy followed me upstairs and was just watching every move, I left store straight away after I had exchanged my items. It's an uncomfortable shopping experience.

Went in to buy a jacket that I already looked up online. I wanted to see it up close. As soon as I walk up stairs the blonde lady hovers over me “Can I help you?”. No we want to be left alone to look. If we need you we will grab you attention. Then when I politely say, “No Thank you I’m just looking.” She then stands right next to me arms folded like I’m about to steal everything in the store. So I walk out and get a jacket elsewhere 👍
