Worst service I’ve ever received!! It is my belief that my build was delayed by six months due to the way my party wall was managed by Tim Smart I will try summarise the several issues I had with Tim Smart -continual delays -rarely answered calls,emails, texts -gave inaccurate advice such as telling me my roof was too high when the council said this was completely wrong. -never highlighted pre existing relations/friendships with other party wall members -tried to charge me for unauthorised meetings/visits to other party wall members with whom he had a pre existing friendship -wrote ridiculous clauses in party wall agreement to suit the other part wall members with whom he had a preexisting friendship with such as changing the builders working hours -I believe he never acted on my behalf at any stage of the process My personal experience of using Tim Smart was hugely disappointing and I will not be using him again
