I was visiting the area for the day and placing flowers on a grave for a friend who was not able to visit and was very upset not to be able to. The flower vase lid had been stolen and I rang the nearest funeral director for information about how I went about replacing it. Not only did they text me all the details of the local stone mason and what measurements I needed, but then followed it up with a message to say they had a spare lid and could replace it for me. I don’t live locally and not been the area before, but if this act of kindness was anything to go by, I think you have a very very good local funeral director and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
