Tim was recommended to me by another Pianist. He is an excellent Tuner, professional and couldn't fault anything on the Tuning after Tim had left. One thing that that stands out from a lot of tuners is, post tuning Tim actually hanged around for a while to make sure I was satisfied with the sound and tuning before leaving. I thought this was amazing customer service and really paying attention to making sure the customer is happy.

What an absolutely fantastic service. Tim is an absolute gentleman, and our piano has never sounded better! He clearly has a great love of the instruments and on top of the excellent service, while he worked he told us about his profession and career (very interesting!) and played some beautiful music on our freshly tuned piano. He also tuned our neighbour's piano afterwards, and she was equally as impressed. Thanks so much Tim. You have two new, very happy customers and we'll be recommending you to all of our friends!
