Tim carried out a Home Buyer Survey for us and it was a very positive experience. He is very easy to deal with and the report produced was very comprehensive, easy to understand and delivered quickly. The survey examined every facet of the property and its location, and in the report I found the background theory about the various aspects of a building useful, along with findings and recommendations. A simple rating is also given to each of the examined aspects to help one focus on where more pressing issues lie. I'd certainly use Tim again!
