They seem to be increasingly under-baking their donuts, they're mushier and mushier. Also the basic donuts (chocolate sip, maple dip) invariably feel stale (a hard outer shell to the donut itself). The filter coffee is often served lukewarm, and tastes like it's been stewing for over an hour. Awesome having access to timbits though, and the breakfast sandwiches are tastier than McDonald's.
