Took my (mechanical) pocket watch in as it had refused to wind. Tim stripped it down to it's component parts and thoroughly cleaned it (The maker had used a LITTLE too much grease!). he also time synced it (something I was struggling to do accurately). Absolutely first class service throughout.

We have used Tim's services a few times just recently. Tim took on the job of repairing a Tag Heuer calendar date issue and the job was completed with success and much to our satisfaction. My 100 year old mantle clock hadn't worked for over 10 years so I asked Tim what it would cost for a full service; £250 as it would be a weeks work which is more than the clock is worth. So Tim agreed to try and it get working which he did for £65 and although he couldn't guarantee it I'm very happy the clock is now ticking and keeping time again

Fully equipped to handle just about anything you can throw at him I can thoroughly recommend this business that has been operating for decades, I will certainly have no hesitation in returning should the need ever arise again. Nice one Tim. This update is five months after the above post: Once again Tim has come to my rescue, I couldn't secure the back plate to my partner's Olivia Burton watch, Tim has a hand operated press and selection of differing sized press rings. He very quickly secured the back plate and wouldn't take anything for his time. How many businesses would do that nowadays? Thank you Tim, your a star
