Wow, what can i say...5 out of 5 from start to finish. My sales guy Matthew Yates was top notch. Deserves a payrise tbh. Love love loveeeeeee my new car she is a absolute dream. My car was due in June but i had another car on lease until August, Matthew assured and promised me they could hold it until my old car went back and so it did!! Typical sales people - they answer the phones and are all bubbly and chatty when they want a sale, but as soon as things go wrong (on their end) they don't even answer the phone anymore and, if they do, are incredibly patronising and rude. I will never deal with them again as they've wasted my time and money.
