After a while searching on the web trying to find a product that will remove rust stains from a porcelain patio, i was on their website trying to decide which to get. I used the chat and even though it was a Sunday they came back to me after a while and quickly advised on a suitable product. i ordered it and it arrived today. Really happy with the experience i had and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Btw they recommended EcoProTec Rust Stain Remover, its amazing stuff, got rid of most of it on first try, a few other more serious spots will need a couple of tries but its clearly working. Thanks
