Was told the tiles were suitable for the floor, they weren’t they are ceramic wall tiles and have of course split costing us hundreds. Contacted customer service about delivery also and no response. I think responding saying it’s a “fake review” just sums up their treatment of their customers. I have proof of my order and they’re clearly adding lying to their exceptional standards.
