Kenneth and his team have just spent two weeks restoring our ceilings, mending multiple cracks and decorating four rooms in our house. The result is wonderful. We would recommend him very highly. These guys are great! Of the few different builders/contractors I reached out to, Tilenology Ltd were the most responsive and enthusiastic. The main builder, Darwin, is from Spain and didn't speak too much English. This wasn't an issue as most communication was done with Ken. Before beginning or even accepting the job, Ken showed a number of examples of completed and current projects, instilling me with confidence. We discussed the job I had in mind; a rather large renovation project for a modest-sized bathroom. We discussed all the details regarding tile options and drainage fixtures. We agreed on a budget and commence date and completion target date. Due to reasons, I wasn't able to be present for the entirety of the build and had to be away for a few days. My partner was able to keep an eye on progress and I was more than satisfied with the updates. As I understand, they stayed on to work a bit late in the evenings to deliver the job in time. By the time I returned home I was very impressed with the work they had done. However, it was necessary for them to return to fix a couple of niggling problems (which would have been addressed easily if I was on site at the time). The toilet was slightly misaligned from the wall. This was easily fixed. The bigger problem was the drain for the new shower was not adequately draining. This was also fixed in a relatively short visit at no extra cost. Other than this, they continued to stay in touch to make sure we were happy with the new bathroom. I'm delighted to say we have had no problems since and we enjoy the new bathroom every day! Should we have other projects of a similar size, we would gladly use them again.
