What a brilliant team and store ! Marcus was amazing - he spent a lot of time going round with me showing all the options. I was pretty overwhelmed as needed tiles for 3 bathrooms and he made it so easy ! They all went out of their way to help and I ended up popping back for extra bits and changes which they made very easy. Even little things like carrying the samples into the car - I could not recommend more. Hidden gem in reading and wonderful skilled staff. What they don’t know about tiles is not worth knowing. Thanks to Marcus and team !
