We visited your shop a couple of time in the last few weeks and we were assisted by Mark. He said that the tiles we wanted were discontinued, but that he would try to get them from somewhere else, and to give him a couple of days ......... WOW, did he do it for us! He called the makers in Spain and a couple of suppliers in the UK and he GOT them! Mark, to say we are grateful is an understatement; all too often people are quick to complain about the service they receive, so my wife and I feel it's only right to acknowledge the fantastic service we have received from you, 5 star service from you is obviously not enough .... thanks Mark Tony and Dawn Rackley Stanway, Colchester

Mark was very helpful but he was not clear that you can’t get a refund (even partial) if you order tiles from Northern England and they’re not correct. We are now stuck with 11 300mm by 300mm terracotta tiles 😂
