Avoid this company. I purchased a product online with them. Rang them to cancel within minutes of receiving order confirmation as delivery would be too late for what I needed. Told to email them my cancellation request which I did. 5 weeks later and I have still not received my refund. I have called and emailed them to chase and have been promised action but still no refund. Disgusting business ethics and probably now in breach of consumer protection rights.

Very unreliable. 1 day delivery.. how about 3 and only after I chased them. They use a currier and after they dispatch the stock from their end they don't seem to bother if it arrives on time or if it arrives in general. Customer service seem to be trying to help but it's obvious they have few ways to react quickly. Quite disappointing.

Took payment for proforma raised. Chased several times for goods to be then told they didn't have the goods. Less than impressed on communication within company. Only hope that we get a refund for the proforma we paid. Be careful to ensure stock is there and you have an account set up with them internally before making any payment to them.

I am Nay from Myanmar. I wanted to get a point laser for my job. Then I managed to find one Spectra LT52G. But unfortunately , the item is only available in US and Europe only. I wanted to get it. the problem is there is no online shop can be delivered to Myanmar, even Myanmar is not listed. I have lost the way how I can order. I have email to every online shop even I contacted directly to Trimble. No one get me back except Mr. Troy from Tiger supplies . He helped me find the way how I can get it done. He replied all the questions patiently whatever I asked . Finally I have received my order Spectra LT52G. It is very beautiful and the precision also very accurate.
