    Made an order through my local Indian which uses their app and I waited 1 hour then rang the restaurant never recieved my order but have taken my money and tried to get in contact with the company but cannot get in touch with them.

    I waited an hour for the restaurant to accept my order which they didn’t. I emailed asking for a refund due to this. I got an email the next day saying my food had been delivered - it had not. I sent a further email enquiring about my refund and got no reply. I called and was told it was being investigated and I would get a call back - no call back. I have sent subsequent emails and still not received my refund or had any reply to my emails. Awful service. No option to cancel an order once it has been placed, it just keeps telling you they’re waiting for the restaurant to accept the order. When I called the restaurant, they told me they were no longer using tiffintom and that they shouldn’t be on there, so clearly they don’t keep their records updated. This has been going on for a few weeks now.
