I’m very disappointed with the service this is my second years using them and I won’t use them again. They had my accounts for 6 months and I have been issued a fine from HMRC as my tax return was late in to HMRC because tiffin Green have failed to do my return on time even though they had it 5 month before had to be in. All I get when I phone the office is that its is for review with managing director this is months later same thing said. When I ask to talk to the managing director they are never in the office and they won’t give me No contact info for them. I have now had to pay out for a fine that’s down to them not my fault and accounts still not sorted.

Very poor service ,after 20 years ,they take forever to reply to phone calls or emails [if ever] and we still haven't got my accounts sorted ,so will probably incur another fine to go with the first one this year

Used to be a great Company that I’d been with for 25 years. However, in my opinion, the new management is poor. They appear to be understaffed and no longer able to fulfill their customer commitments.
