Trying to get an appointment is like trying to get blood out of a stone. They tell you to call at 8am, you call and can't get through. This morning I called 50 times (I am not over exaggerating)to get an appointment for my partner ,couldn't get through. I tried one more time finally started ringing waited over half an hour for someone to answer for them to tell me there was no more afternoon appointments .now I have to try again tomorrow morning my partner doesn't finish work till 4.30pm he can not afford to miss a day of work to have a 10 minute appointment. This is the only doctors I know that only do same day appointments or you have to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment. Any other doctors if they can't fit you in that day they will give you an appointment for the next day and not have to go through the hassle of phoning up every morning. It's ridiculous

I moved from the East Midlands and the healthcare there was a disgrace. I have found all staff at this practice helpful and caring. Receptionists are always happy to help in the best way they can. The NHS has issues and sadly cannot deliver like it once did. I am a retired director of nursing and seen it decline badly.

Cant get an appointment. Been trying for weeks. No doctors work here only receptionists. Was once a great place with working doctors and staff who actually cared. Sadly they all left. Waste of time.

Impossible to get an appointment. Only book on the day appointments available, however takes minimum of 20 minutes to get through to someone when calling at 8am on the dot...only to be told emergency appointments only! Had to call ambulance a few weeks ago with suspected gall stones, other non-related issues need to be seen for but still haven't seen a GP despite trying a number of times Shocking so called 'service'!

Total let down by this practice my daughter had test friday 1st july was give results told to go straight the her doctor 4 presciption she as been waiting since friday fobbed off on every phone call told it would be today monday 4th july & again no prescription could be tomorrow now all this time she is in agonys off work cant take her 9 yr old to school im looking after her 2yr till her husband is home from work all 4 the sake of 1 prescription the push of a button shame on you we will be putting an official complaint in 😡😡😡😡😡😡

so bad it was no longer the second visit by phone was not held because they reportedly have a problem with an interpreter on the phone with inflammation of the shoulder they sent to the pharmacy and left the patient to their fate I am thinking of changing the center
