I used their services to do a very, very small task in summer 2013 where they informed me it would take a week because they needed to order all the materials and the tools in order to complete the work. I also had to provide half of the final price deposit. Fair enough. So a week passed, I returned to their vicinity only to find out that it would take another week, but not only that. I needed to get some of the materials myself which is incredibly dodgy. In the end they didn't get the job done till November. That's 5-6 months waiting time with countless visits every 1-2 weeks. Not to mention they received half of the total money in deposit right at the start. Oh and I also paid for the materials (on top of the deposit) that I had to get myself. In October I ended up visiting them every day for about a week to annoy the hell out of them in order to motivate them to complete the job. The amount of times I've heard them say "Yes almost complete, you're next on the list". Clearly they prioritised bigger projects that involved much higher amounts of cash over my small project that would take a few hours to do (if even that?). They definitely do not queue orders up, but rather go straight for the higher priced orders. No customer care, insanely slow service, expensive for the quality of work, impolite staff and they were not even apologetic, even once. I have been scammed. I'm just gonna go ahead and NOT recommend these guys at all. Use a different service, please! Nobody, I say N.O.B.O.D.Y deserves this!
