We were very lucky to arrive at the tide mill and have a demonstration of the largest working mill in the UK, watching all the workings of milling grain to make flour, I was very lucky to sample some of my friends cheese, bacon, and English mustard flavoured scones, made roughly half and half tide mill and plain flour, it was absolutely delicious with just butter.
