Had my hair cut there the other day. I have been to Ticro a few times and my experience has been decent until this time round. I told the female stylist what I wanted and I did not want for my haircut and she cut my hair exactly the way I did not want and did not fulfil a single request of my haircut!! She said she would layer my hair but there was no layer!! Even my friends could not see any layer! My hair is completely messed up and whenever I see myself on the mirror, I can't help but HATING my haircut so much. I am too scared of going back to this place for a haircut again.

MAGIC MARI! (Look, reviews are always so subjective: I think the negative reviews are more lost in translation scenarios) As you can see in the photo..I had that typical grown out bleached balayage on asian hair .. and frankly it looked like a rats tail. I've kept balayaging my hair because all other japanese salons I've been to don't have that ash brown tint they offer in Asia. Mari cut and dyed my hair a beautiful ash brown colour that I've wanted as they use products from Japan. I'll let the photos do the talking. So happy with the result, Mari thank youuu!
