website is just to catch the customer. Website do not let you book the tickets until you chose the prices they are aiming for. I tried multiple times to book the tickets on better price but after entering all details , it says the selected flight is not available and advise to contact their team.

Not happy with the service at all, 1 Star given just because of there is no other choice.... bought 3 tickets and there is no clarification regarding how many bags allowed just only information about weight, when I reached to the airport with the bags airport ( Etihad Airline) staff said it is not allowed this much weight in one bag , but on the tickets it was said 1 main bag. **Also from UK to Indian different rules even the same airlines from both side** Usually weight they checked your main Bag X 1, Cabin bag X 1(7Kg), laptop bag X 1 not counted any weight(This rules from UK) **And from India to UK is different rules.** Usually weight they checked your main Bag X 1, Cabin bag X 1(7Kg), but on the airport they said in the 7Kg Cabin bags laptop includes. (This rules from India) It was nightmare early in the morning at 3:30am Ahamadbad Airport. specially when you have your small kids with you.

We bought the Ticket from these guys and our flight was delayed for 11hours, I have contacted the airlines regrading delayed compensation but the airlines denied that i have to contact my travel agent, Instead of helping us the ticketstoindia are saying that we are not responsible as we are not running an airlines and i asked politely to send an email that they cant do anything instead he was rude and told me to complain if I want to. Please check your rights before you buy the ticket from them..

Booked via phone and got the cheapest prices for a direct flight to Ahmedabad from London Heathrow. Have used them before and it’s always been a a good experience. Booking was very easy. Gave them my dates and they found me a super price for my flight that was a few £100 more elsewhere. Very happy with my interaction with them. Will be using them again in the future.
