Their 'Booking Protect' policy doesn't include for CANCELLATION !!! So what is the point of buying tickets or taking out the 'non-insurance' if you can't get a refund if the gig is cancelled ? Ridiculous

Similar story to others, instalment plan payment failed (new card), I missed emails (spam box), and thought I'd lost my ticket. An email and a phone call later I was supported to get back on track by a real human being (don't take them for granted, they're getting replaced!) who was a good communicator.

I recently bought festival tickets through TicketSellers on a monthly installments payment plan. Due to an oversight on my part I missed the deadline of an installment and went into a real panic having thought I had lost all I had paid so far. I expected to get a "computer says no" type response when in fact I got much better service. Jo from TicketSellers dealt with me and was so very helpful. She liaised with the festival organiser's and got everything sorted swiftly and with ease, despite it really being my fault although not intentional.

Shocking company, cancelled my installment after email for one missed payment for Linsfarne festival, off which didnt go through. Surely more than one email should be sent. No refund for money paid. Do not use these for installment plans for festivals.

I am great believer in practicing a little more personal patience post pandemic, I find this new style works well.
