    Rubbish! Missed a concert on Sunday (booked last September) because no email with eticket received. Checked the tracker on Saturday … simply says ticket sent (no details given to check) Emailed customer service asking for email resend - closed - automatic reply wishing me to have a great day! Phone number - closed when you need them. Asked for refund or credit note for future concert - short reply received today - unable to process refund. Other sites make etickets available on their website to download and send out reminders nearer the time of the event - not these so won’t use them again … no wonder they only have 2 stars out of 5. Even trying to post this - getting an error message, try later!

    Had a concert cancelled on June 16th 2022, Tedeschi Trucks Band. Various emails and FB messages ignored. Customer service non existent and a burglar would be locked up! £40 owed, times that by 1000 tickets, nice amount!! Previous good service, is it going to the wall? Buyer beware.

    Absolutely awful service, phone lines don't work. When they do work, they are unhelpful and advise to email but then don't respond. Address listed isn't correct as they are not there. Robbing business that should really sort out their attitude. Don't even deserve the one star!

    Terrible company I’ve been trying to get hold of customer service for weeks now the phone lines just have a recording saying the office is closed only open between 10-5 despite ringing during these hours I have waited on the phone to sales at 7p a minute only to be told they can’t help and I need to contact customer service. Impossible to deal with!

    Cancelled the event. First said, it is postponed then after 2 weeks informed us that it is being cancelled. They took £32.20 and refund the rest of money for 4 tickets!!! Absolutely unacceptable .

    Genuinely the worst ticket company I've ever dealt with. Cancelled the event and then refunded the amount minus the £10 booking fee. Completely out of my hands, and I am somehow out of pocket by £10. Awful.
