    Absolutely zero customer service, can't deal with issues over telephone, must use email regarding reminisce tickets. To which no one replies! Tried to order 4 tickets on the 25th January 2023, but the order was refused because my account was linked to an old mobile number. I opened a new account and ordered my tickets. On the 3rd February 2023, the order that was refused suddenly went through, 9 days later. Therefore, it resulted in having an order twice and still no way of resolving this issue or any reply to my multiple e-mails that I have sent.

    Originally booked at the end of 2020 for meet and greet with Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley for summer of 2021, only for this to reschedule to winter of 2021. The option was given for us to swap or have a full refund, of which I chose to swap as I was still desperate to meet the two stars. The November meet and greet was then also cancelled and we were offered a refund, to which I took as there was no talk of a meet and greet again with the two in the future. This was a year ago now and I have since been trying to contact the company every week for a refund, to which I never got and STILL do not have. Then it was announced that the two were doing the upcoming meet and greet in November this year, I have since been trying to change my ticket to meet and greet with them this year as I had STILL not returned my refund, therefore it was only fair. After begging for some form of acknowledgment for over a year now, i have finally got in touch with someone via phone to be told that my ticket cannot be swapped to meet and greet with them, despite the fact I have waited 2 years. I am now praying I get my refund, but I’d have much rather have met the two people I’d wanted to back early In 2021. The way a company would normally help a customer who has begged to talk to someone for months, the company are instead dismissing all of this, and I have still not got my refund. I am absolutely disgusted and I would like for management to contact me.

    Do not use this company! Their system crashed and said 'transaction incomplete' but when I looked at my credit card statement the charge was there, my husband then tried with the same result. We rang to ask for a refund as we had no tickets and were told it was a 'known error' and we would be refunded. When we didn't get the refund my husband chased up his claim and I chased up mine but we were both told there was 'no record' of the call (we have the call log to prove it took place for over 4 mins!). In the end they refused to refund me stating that they had sent the money back to the organiser but then refunded my husband two days later! The only difference in our claims is that he is male and I am female - they 'will not discuss' the reasons for the difference in treatment or the fact that they refunded him two days after telling me they 'no longer have the funds'. I've had to refer them to trading standards and claim through the STAR system (which they conveniently won't tell you about even when you ask for their full complaints procedure). The sooner this company are pulled up for their discriminatory practices and falsehoods, the better.
