Been meaning to get my watch fixed for a while, other places were charging extortionate prices. Came to Tick King Nott’m spoke to Alex, told him what I needed doing and he sorted me out in good timing and for a fair price !! Needed a repair on my Hugo boss watch glass and re alignment of the stopwatch hands.I looked up watch repair on Google and tick king came up as a highly recommended repairer so after a quick email they rang me back and discussed how much in total a repair would be and it was very reasonable at £50 in total with an approx turn around time of 2 weeks.the watch was sent and they let me know as soon as they received it.They then confirmed what exactly needed to be done and repaired it.customer service was excellent and informative throughout this process and I cannot recommend them highly enough😃👌

Very friendly and professional service. I had my watch serviced and polished for a very competitive price, and I was delighted with the results. The watch keeps perfect time and looks like new, and they even provided a complementary travel case for it. I don’t live locally but I would not hesitate to make the journey back to Nottingham if I need a watch servicing or polishing in the future
