    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service, or lack of, that I have received from Tic Watches. On the 4th of February 2023, I purchased a Tissot Carson Premium Silver, Brown Leather watch from the website, which I was very excited about as it was a 30th birthday surprise. However, just two days later, I received an email informing me that the delivery of my watch was delayed, and that the product was not actually in stock. I was advised that the delivery would now be early March, and I patiently waited for my watch to arrive. As March approached, I still had not received any communication or my watch. On the 14th of March, I followed up, only to be informed that there were still issues with the 3rd party supplier and that my watch would be with me late March / early April. This level of service at this point was completely unacceptable. Not only was I sold a product that was not actually in stock, but I was also misled about the delivery time. Furthermore, the lack of communication from the company only added to my frustration. As of the 3rd of April, I had still not received any communication or my watch. When I emailed Tic Watches for an update, I was informed that the watch was still on back order due to its high demand, and that it should be delivered on the next shipment between the 17th and 21st of April. This was extremely frustrating, as I had purchased the watch as a birthday present for someone, and I had to inform them that it was delayed. Despite this setback, the recipient decided to wait for Tic Watches' latest delivery estimate. However, on the 25th of April, I still had not received any communication or the watch itself. At this point, I was extremely disappointed in Tic Watches' lack of communication and poor service. It had been months since I placed the order, and I still had not received the product that I paid for. At this point, I had had enough of the poor service and decided to request a refund. I made this request on the 25th of April, but on the 1st of May, I received a PayPal notification stating that the refund had failed. This left me further frustrated, and I had to contact Tic Watches once again to arrange the refund, which finally went through. It is unacceptable that I had to wait nearly 3 months for a product that I never received, was all this time advertised as “in stock” on their website, and that the refund process wasn’t even smooth. This entire experience has been a shambles, and I am extremely disappointed with the poor service that I have received from Tic Watches. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and transparency from the companies that I purchase from. Unfortunately, my experience with Tic Watches has fallen far below my expectations. I would not recommend the company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy supplier of watches. Furthermore, I am concerned about how Tic Watches can be an official stockist of Tissot if this is the level of service that they provide. I will be contacting Tissot to question their association with Tic Watches and to express my dissatisfaction with their service. In conclusion, I would not recommend Tic Watches to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy supplier of watches. Their lack of communication, poor service, and difficulty with the refund process have left me extremely frustrated and disappointed with the entire experience and also looking for an alternative 30th birthday present.

    Tic Watches unfortunately weren’t able to supply the watch I had ordered (despite offering at least 5 different etas). The model was shown as in stock at point of ordering, and subsequently shown as in stock weeks and weeks after on their website. After ordering on the 8th January and being as patient as I felt was reasonable (13 weeks) I gave up waiting and asked for a refund on the 13th April. I’m afraid I’m never going to use this company again as I feel the way they operate isn’t fair to customers or offers a good experience. Online watch sales is a competitive arena and their business practices will damage them both reputationally and financially (many other reviews echo this) so perhaps one day they will change how they operate.

    AVIOD LIKE THE PLAGUE….. Absolutely shocking,ordered and payed in February still no watch,email 3 times to be told complete lies time after time,asked for a refund 10 days ago,they made it look like they had via pay pal,but they not sent,please shop hear at risk off loseing ur hard earn money,,,, Absolutely shocking to treat people this way,and always playing the shipping delay card,well sorry dont state a date then change and change and change,left us very upset and untrustworthy,,,,,,

    I ordered a watch around end of November (25th I believe) and they contacted e on the following Monday saying that they had oversold and that the Tissot PRX that I had ordered was out of stock, they told me that the wait was between 14 to 21 days and as I'm writing this is the 17 December and I would like my watch in time for xmas. I contacted them regarding an update and they now say between the 21st and 23rd of December for delivery. however I'm doubtful, as they have had a long enough period of time to sort this and to receive the watch from the manufacturer for it to then be sorted it out. If you could please explain why the watch was still in stock on your website then that would be greatly appreciated, as it's either in stock so you could send mine out or it isn't in stock so therefore you can't.     Ordered a Wolfe Watch Winder, which arrived promptly and which was very carefully packaged. Product completely meets the spec advertised and came with a 2nd and 3rd cuff, small, medium and large, as well as a UK and European adaptor. Very pleased with my purchase, which was also discounted by 15% which was a huge bonus. Professional service all round.

    Their website said 5 in stock. Placed my order took my payment then got an email saying out of stock. Rang the shop they told me a computer error that they had over sold, it was also supposed to be next day delivery. When I rang they said they were in touch with the rep and they were a major stockist for my watch and that I would receive it in the next few days. Very disappointed to say the least, it’s been over two weeks now since I placed the order.
