We met Cullen, part of the Tic Tac skate school at a festival where they were giving children group lessons. My little boy, who’s 4.5 yrs old, was desperate to have a go but could bring himself to wait in the queue or join the other children in a group, he is awaiting ASD assessment and couldn’t cope with the big group, I spoke with Cullen and he was more than happy to help. He gave my son a small 1-1 session for 10 minutes during his break the following day and was amazing with him. It was his first time on a skate board and within those 10 mins had him doing simple tricks of the ramp and rolling on the ramp with out support. He had an amazing time and now wants to learn to skateboard. I can’t thank Cullen and the Tic Tac school enough.

We visited the Tic Tac Skate school in the In It Together festival in Margam. My son recently showed an interest in skateboarding and when we came across the skate school he was absolutely over the moon! We didn’t really know anything like this existed, hadn’t seen it in any of the information so to them find out it was free was even more amazing. As soon as we showed an interest the crew started talking to us and they were just soooo good with kids. The event was so popular, we were so glad we arrived at the start of the day (both days) as it seemed full every other time we walked passed. We’ve just had an email about next years In It Together festival which we really want to go to. It would be amazing if Tic Tac were able to come to this again!

Tom from Tic Tac came to our local skate park to carry out some lessons. We attended a couple of lessons, and even though there was a difference in the ages of the children attending he pitched the lesson to all of the children in a way they understood. At one point the park got a bit congested and Tom ensured that the lesson still went ahead whilst park etiquette was maintained. We will definitely be booking in for more lessons.

We had an awesome first 1-1 coaching session with Tom at TicTac Skateschool. He was incredibly encouraging and helped my 10 year old tackle his confidence in minutes of starting. He is encouraging, supportive and has positive and fun energy. He is super knowledgeable and really has versatile teaching skills. I loved that he was helping my son develop a growth mindset. PTA event at Burgess Hill Girls school - Tom is the most amazing teacher. He has a natural ability to empower the children to be positive, supportive and confident in themselves. If your child wants to give skateboarding ago then let them be taught correctly by Tic Tac Skate School. Those that attended our event have asked their parents for skateboards and lessons ..... to me that say's it all.
