I had a problem with my PC and I could not use it at all.I contacted Thurrock PC services for advice and Alan was very helpful and knew exactly what the problem was.My computer was fixed in record time and Alan also helped with a much needed upgrade at a very good price.My computer is an older model is but now like new and the help and advice was fantastic.I have used other people before and always felt that I paid for things I did not need (and was charged a lot for it),Alan was honest with the advice and help given and I could not be happier.I do not usually leave reviews but this was well deserved
